Cancellation policy
Should you or any member of your group choose to cancel your travel plans at any point, it is essential that a written notification from the person who made the booking, or your travel agent acting on your behalf, is promptly delivered to our offices. Upon receiving this notification, the cancellation fees specified below will be applied.
We offer a very generous FREE CANCELLATION up to 50 days before departure.
If your cancellation request is sent to us less than 60 days before the start of the tour, Great Italian Outdoors will keep part of your payment as a Voucher to be re-used for a future booking, during the current or the next year *
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged in collaboration with us. In case we are fully booked and cannot guarantee your new booking within the next year, your Voucher will be extended to the following year too*
